Over here in the AFL at the home games for Port Adelaide the fans all sing "never tear us apart" by INXS as it's played over the tannoy. Even when the teams playing **** the fans belt it out before every game.

In the NRL the Canberra Raiders do the Viking lap just before kick off. Sounds bloody impressive.

I love things like this mate, they lived the mood and bring everyone together.
No matter what people say, excitement and energy is infectious.
I went to Chicago recently to go to a Bulls game, was a bucket list thing for me. The fan engagement was absolutely incredible. Things that involve them, separate things for each corner, even some cheesy bits like ‘if your from east side make some noise’ etc but I tell you the place was absolutely buzzing throughout.
They are going through a really tough few years but the pace was packed it was vibrant and you could literally see the players appreciated it.
I know Liverpool are a marmite club, but I look at their fans and they are utterly incredible. The noise, the songs, then unstinting loyalty and support. Absolute pride in their team and city.
I know a few scouse lads and they are the only lads who have anywhere near the love for their club in the way I see from us and Newcastle, but they project it in such a different way.
I know they’ve a lot more to shout about than us, they have a sensational team to excite them, but I’d just love to see us getting back to what we were always great at. We didn’t play top division football for many years at Roker but it was always vibrant, even with the smaller crowds. We have it in us.
We all enjoy the match more with an atmosphere, I guarantee every one of us has had multiple conversations over drinks after ‘was buzzing in there today’.
It absolutely projects to the players, how could it not?
