Armand “Mondo” Duplantis is one happy man. 20' 2" in the air is frightening.![]()

Holy Cow, what a jump by "Mondo"! Since it would seem I have not been following Field Athletics of late, I tried to guess where he came from. I reckoned he was Greek but wrong, wrong, wrong! He is of course an American, of Swedish extraction I believe!![]()
P.S. Ah, but "Sweety" is Polish!Poland has always had good athletes, and is a force to be reckoned with in European, and World for that matter, Track and Field Athletics.

Scotland 6 - England 13
A game played in the most atrocious conditions, and should be ignored as a form-line guide IMHO? Things are obviously not too good in the Scottish camp under Greg Townsend? However, I do wish the Scots would stop this damn moaning all of the time. You don't like losing to England, no one does apparently, but you lost and that's the end of the story, so go and down a few beers with your excellent 'chasers'. And stop this senseless abusing of Eddie Jones.
Ireland looking very good although they were indeed lucky against Scotland (who beat themselves?), but very impressive against Wales. The young French team were a revelation against England, and now I reckon the title could well be between France and Ireland, unless England really pull their socks up; doesn't look like it though?

Good points Swanny… I do hope that Eddie Jones has one eye on the next World Cup and is trying to build a team for it. Zee Germans are famous for that in the football, well they were, they seem to be going backwards at the moment, and I do think that is something to keep your eye on. The Welsh looked so strong a couple of years back, and looked like they were going in to the World Cup with a great team, it just didn't happen for them.
It'll be interesting all the same though...![]()
