This is tough.

Can you name two England players who have won European Cup medals with two different clubs?
Well one is Owen Hargreaves with United and Bayern.

I looked up the other one and would never have got it in a million years.

Yeah, we had this in the pub yesterday. The fella that posed the question said that there was only one, said we would never get it, and buggered off without giving us the answer. We came up with Owen Hargreaves and texted him, but he said that wasn't it without being able to explain why Hargreaves didn't count (when he posed the question he said English rather England player, so perhaps he considered Hargreaves to be Canadian). Anyway, he gave us the second answer, which is unlikely anyone would get without googling.

I'll therefore give it to you for Hargreaves, Stan.

For anyone else interested, the other answer is Jimmy Rimmer.

Since 1982 one club has had at least one player in every World Cup Final.

Which club?

Not the club I had in mind, but it sounds plausible......don’t think they had any in the 1982 W Germany v Italy final

No probably not, Paul Breitner played for Real but it was before 1982. I'll have a pop at AC Milan then?

I was almost certainly there for that (used to go with my dad), but I have no idea what the answer is.

Me too, I used to go to Stamford Bridge on Saturday nights with my dad and some of the Greyhound Derby qualifier heats were run there and we always went to the final at White City...

Derby night was quite an occasion wasn't it? Massive crowds and a great atmosphere when the 'Derby Roar' went up.

It was a royal dog. Not a corgi but owned by The Queen Mum I think
I used to do to Wembley about this time ( and tried to get a job there) and there was a stable ( or is that a kennel) of royal dogs there
