Cheers Beth.

Probably an easy one.....I've been reading some books by Ben Aaronvitch about a Met Policeman who deals in the occult and magical world (good light reading). Within the books, all the rivers of London have gods and goddesses - a lot of the rivers have been built over during the expansion of the city. What is the largest subterranean river in London?

That's righr Beth - there are now over 20 rivers in London that have been built over, directed through culverts under the city.

All yours

The only speech made by this MP whilst in parliament was to ask for the window to be closed. Which famous person (from another field) was this?

I was reading about this recently in an article on diabetes, Sardinia has the highest number of centenarians due to it's low-protein Mediterranean diet which I am currently embarking on as I am borderline at present. 'Blue Zones' are areas that are effectively the healthiest worldwide...

<applause> Over to you Sooper. Blue zones are areas of higher than normal longevity. What I don't really understand is why Sardinia is so much higher than other areas of the Meditteranean on this, because the diet is not that different to eg. Corsica or Sicily. Take it away.

What unlikely and largely unwanted place in football history do Rotherham United and Rochdale have?...

Did they both get to the League Cup final?

I'll give you it, they were the losing finalists in the first two seasons of the competition.

In 1961 2nd Division Rotherham beat 1st Division Villa 2-0 in the 1st Leg but lost 3-0 at Villa Park in extra time.

In 1962 2nd Division Norwich won 3-0 at 4th Division Rochdale and 1-0 in the return...
