No probs mate as we don't want more plastic Chelsea's do we! <doh>

It amazes me that clubs do this to their bread and butter fans after getting into the £80/90M Prem but it happens all the time!

I think we have overloaded their website, maybe because several of us keep checking. Last time I looked it was on 212.

I've signed Roller! Can't believe it - went away for a few days, only to come home to this carnage. Spent all night trawling all the websites to find out what the Poison Dwarf and his Orange sidekick had been up to - it's a f***ing disgrace.

You did well to get through then, it is becoming a nightmare to connect to that site. I've eventually managed to log on to complain, but I'm not even sure if it registered my complaint. I wonder how many signatures this is costing us. That said, when has anything involving QPR gone smoothly.

By the way, we are up to 268 signatures now.

Further to our discussions on the 'Clearer Visions for QPR' thread, some of us think Rs' fans could usefully protest against the Goons (Ecclestone, Briatore and Paladini) in a very easy, low cost way.

This involves those attending Rs matches (home or away) wearing green and white scarves and flying Indian flags. The point would be to raise awareness (via attendance and the available tv coverage) of the fans' support for the Mittal camp against the Goons' cynical 'Quick Profit and Run' approach to matters QPR.

    Green and White Scarves

The point of the scarves is that the colours (being the club's original colours) represent support for traditional standards and respect for loyal fans. This would echo the anti-Glazer campaign by Man U fans which is clearly understood by most.

    Indian Flags

The point of the Indian flag waving is a sign to all (not least the Mittals) that fans both understand their vision in which club and team development are harmonious with necessary commercial and profitability motives in the medium to long term.

See the 'Clearer Visions for QPR thread for details.

The purpose of this thread is to ask whether you would be prepared to purchase green and white scarves and Indian flags in preparation for the new season?

(Rollercoster Ranger tells us an Indian flag would cost about £3.99)

If this means of protest proves popular on here, I will carry it over to Twitter to encourage others to follow the not606 board's example and do likewise.

    Abso - bloody - lutely

You can get a cheaper Indian flag as well on the same link I put on Brixton's "Clear and Present Danger (!)" thread. As ever, there will be some even cheaper elsewhere on the internet.

    Three 'ifs'.

If our protest ideas prove popular Roller, we've also got plenty of time to alert sales points near the ground to stock up.

If the boardroom battle endures, the protest could gather pace as people see what others are doing to represent the interest of the fans as a whole.

If we ensure an easier, if slightly more expensive way of accessing protest materials, the effect will be quicker and greater.

I've got this covered on your other thread Brixton. For fear of repeating myself......

I'm going to but a couple of hundred Indian flags and knock them out on the corner of Loftus Road. I'll share the profits with you Brixton.
