I think if he is looking to get back playing again he should consider overseas, as he will get dogs abuse if he plays here.
If he does get offers, I'll be amazed if anyone from League Two and higher make one. In fact, any club in the UK signing him is a death sentence, he won't survive.
Probably go to Belarus or somewhere else going east where the coverage of his crimes likely got little attention.

Good point, never thought of that, though maybe under his circumstances they might find a way, as I can't seeing him getting work on these shores.
If his advisers did their job, he'll have tied his assets up nicely before he went away. He won't need to work anymore. A few sensible property investments and in 3 years he can put his feet up on a beach in Thailand - he'll fit right in there.

Maybe he has been tagged? I wouldn't want him at City but on the other hand football is his livelihood and he's served his time so make some arrangement with the authorities and go and play in another country
