On this day 53 years ago, my late father drove us to London (mainly A40). We stayed in Sussex Gardens near Paddington

On this day 53 years ago, my late father and I were at Wembley to see England win 4-2 ..... the same scoreline as 45 years later when the Swans beat Reading! Now the Swans win made me ‘really happy!’ <laugh>

We were 1 - 4 down: Dai Gwyther got a hat-trick for them.

Eddie May had a last minute ‘goal’ disallowed for us <steam>

I can still remember one Summer’s afternoon in the late 1960s on Caswell Bay when I got his and Len’s autographs .... boy was I star struck and completely lost for words in front of them. <cheers>
