Not really sure I can take eggy toast to a dinner party, I think I will just stick to the tuna quiche. Your eggy toast just sounds pretty much like French toast, which, I concur, is f**king tasty.

Well you could make tiny ones and serve them as Canapes (pronounced "Can Apes" by a wedding guest at a do I was at 3 weeks ago <doh>)

Years ago I was playing an away match and me and my team went into a bar for some scoff before heading back. One of my teammates looked at the menu and announced "I'll have the Ploughman's Lunch" Pronounced "Pluffman's".
 
Years ago a mate of mine from Carslisle was travelling on a train with his Glaswegian wife and she had nodded off. As they were pulling into a station she asked at the top of her voice "Wherr urr we Alan?" and before he could answer she said "Oah aye, Buffet".
 
A guy in the pub called me a tightfisted cheapskate. So I threw his drink in his face.

Cheese ham and Scallions only for this Bear.
 
Well only another 15 minutes or so until the tuna quiche comes out the oven, the excitement over here is aff the radar.
