Don't think I have ever had a tuna omelette before for some reason, but they do sound tasty. Speaking of tuna, I am going to a kind of dinner party type thing tonight and everybody is supposed to take something with them, I am going to attempt to make a tuna quiche, they don't look that difficult, or at least people tell me they aren't.

Grate some cheese and add in one raw egg and a teaspoon of mustard and salt to taste. Toast some bread on one side and turn it over, then spread your egg/cheese mixture thickly over the untoasted side of the bread and place under a low grill for about 10 mins till the egg rises.

    There you go.

I did think that at first but there was some in the fridge so I gave it a go.

    It was good, honest. Salty.

That would possibly be the hardest jigsaw ever, making all the grated cheese back into a block again, in fact I might try it one of these days.

Not really sure I can take eggy toast to a dinner party, I think I will just stick to the tuna quiche. Your eggy toast just sounds pretty much like French toast, which, I concur, is ****ing tasty.
