Don't think I have ever had a tuna omelette before for some reason, but they do sound tasty. Speaking of tuna, I am going to a kind of dinner party type thing tonight and everybody is supposed to take something with them, I am going to attempt to make a tuna quiche, they don't look that difficult, or at least people tell me they aren't.

Make rice krispie cakes - everybody loves rice krispie cakes.

I want to make something that i have all the ingredients in the house already and I don't have rice crispies in the house, so a tina quiche it is!

yep, why?(i know I'm going to regret asking)

Grate some cheese and add in one raw egg and a teaspoon of mustard and salt to taste. Toast some bread on one side and turn it over, then spread your egg/cheese mixture thickly over the untoasted side of the bread and place under a low grill for about 10 mins till the egg rises.

There you go.

What do I do if the cheese is already grated, would it still work?

<laugh>

Let me know how that eggy toast works out though. I love it, in fact I might have some for my lunch.

Not really sure I can take eggy toast to a dinner party, I think I will just stick to the tuna quiche. Your eggy toast just sounds pretty much like French toast, which, I concur, is ****ing tasty.
