True. On another note the World Rugby 7s Series is in Malaga next weekend, tickets are €50 and the weekend after it is in Seville and tickets are €12.50. ****ers.

The photo doesn't do it justice and I used the wrong bread .
The bread the guy uses in the video looks like the Chinese style sliced bread which is thicker and and lighter .
If I did it again I would buy a loaf from a Baker and cut 2 thicker slices with a crust .
When you put standard sliced bread in the wet omelette it gets a bit soggy and thin.

It was OK but I don't particularly like omelette.
With crusty bread it would probably be better
