Paying players outwith their contracts so they have more money to use is financial doping to me. It wasn't an administrative error it was done to gain a financial advantage.

To institute an investigation you need to have grounds to do so. You suggested that Celtic should be investigated and I asked you what for. You have failed to offer a response to this. I am going to put it down to completely unfounded whataboutery.
If you want to say that procedures should be tightened up then I would agree with you. Rangers going to the wall has shown that their procedures need to be revised.
