The EBTs were a problem between Rangers and HMRC. The talked of sanctions are to do with dual contracts. The EBTs are not an issue in of themselves anymore.
If the rules were being followed to the letter then The Rangers wouldn't be allowed into the third division as they don't have 3 years of accounts. They are being done a favour yet most of their fans still think they are getting a raw deal.
really?? the point about it is that you were paying them via a scheme which meant they did not pay tax which meant, only if you are found guilty mind, that you could afford to pay klos etc. wages that would attract them to the spl - something that you would not have been able to do otherwise has this made it clearer for you?
