Major cooling probs @ #F1 #RedBull Cutting holes in bodywork – & covering with sponsor decals apparently. Major work to be done...

As for the Renault problems,

F1 Technical ‏@f1technical15s
Remi Taffin just said the installation of the batteries makes it take time to repair the troublesome parts

F1 Technical ‏@f1technical56s
They do have some replacement parts here, but not enough so items will be flown over by tomorrow

F1 Technical ‏@f1technical1m
It's a hardware only 'sequential issue', originating from all components of the car interacting with each other

F1 Technical ‏@f1technical16s
Renault also said they did find more problems, but those do not prevent further running - will be fixed later on

So Red Bull will be fixed overnight, the others will have to wait?

Yeah, I'm taking that as Red Bull will get preferential treatment and be able to run in the morning, others will have to wait for parts to arrive and be fitted.

Maybe Redbull just have problems just not at the extent as other Renault teams...

Two good calls though, Williams deciding to be powered by Germany's finest and Lotus backing out of the test.

Red bull are the works Renault team so they should and will get first dibs..

Oh and are you lurkers still here. Go hard or go home

Oh please let them be forced in another 3-4kg...

No chance, the FIA has already said Ferrari's turbo is legal:

For Ferrari instead there has been a request for clarification from the part of the Mercedes, since the turbocharger lacks the external protection in theory required to protect against splinters in case of breakage. The team at Maranello , however, has stated that their turbocharger is manufactured by an outside supplier with certain specifications, the FIA considered sufficient.
