2025-26 digital season tickets will be distributed to the lead booker's email address by Monday 11th August, ready for the first game. No digital season tickets have been emailed yet so please bear with us.
We understand fans are excited to receive their tickets and we look forward to welcoming you back to the SoL very soon.
Please see our 'Digital Tickets' articles for guidance on how-to download your ticket once you have received your email. Once you've received your email, your season tickets can also be downloaded from tickets.safc.com. Login with your Supporter ID, click Season Tickets, select your Ticket and click Download.
If you do not receive your season ticket by Monday 11th August 5pm, please submit a request.

With Sunderland AFC’s return to the Premier League kicking off against West Ham United on Saturday 16th August, kick-off 3pm BST, the Club are beginning to send out digital Season Tickets via email.
To help supporters prepare for matchday, we have put together useful guidance about how to access and use your digital ticket:
We strongly recommend downloading your mobile ticket as soon as you receive your confirmation email. This ensures that you’re ready ahead of matchday and helps avoid any delays at the turnstiles.

We’re also hosting Digital Ticketing Workshops to help fans who may be struggling to download or add their ticket to their device. These will take place in the Founders’ Bar on:

Tickets arrived - I am an L but I am in East Stand
With the stuff the club are doing now, over 85s free etc and the way they are doing things…I’d guess that the change of the disabled qualification that was changed was done by the bloke who was booted as ticket office manager.
