Just looking at some of the individual match ticket prices across the league and I'm staggered. £58 for Newcastle v Liverpool, £71 for Villa v Newcastle. Ours are a relative bargain.
Coventry fans moaning because theirs are £45 ...

It's controversial but I'd stop alcohol sales at half time.
15 mins isn't enough time for everyone who wants to use the kiosks and/or the toilets to get out, do what they need and get back for the start of the second half.
If they just sold hot and soft drinks, I think less people would go to the concourse at half time which would result in less disruption with people coming and going while the football is being played.
Or have pure football sections for the people who are more interested in watching the football than half time pints.
Or campaign for beer in your seat. You'd get the idiot pint throwers initially but I think they'd soon stop when the novelty wears off. I've been to football matches abroad with beer in the stands and even in Dortmund's yellow wall, hardly anything was thrown about.

Beer cannon's all along the top of the train, specifically for cans. Sorted.
Worth the risk of getting smashed in the face for a nice cold beer. Unless its some ****e like Fosters or Carling, I'd just drink puddle water instead. It's also no more of a health and safety risk than the 1000 degree pies on sale.

You can buy and drink beer in your seats at most sports grounds in the world. Basically if someone wants to be a dick and hoy a pint then they will lose the rest of the seasons matches and in some cases may receive a lifetime stadium ban. WOn't take the dickheads long to start behaving
