Seen a few people saying that the new bloke from the mls has started but nowt confirmed by the club.
Brilliant that, she's a superb artist and I've got a couple of the Vaux glasses she designed.

It's shocking that it's come to this, a fan funded and lead initiative that the club have managed to piss off.

Oh he's definitely a mag. Ex Copper, used to be on the horses for SAFC games back in the day.
All these things off the field keep mounting up, surely someone at the club gives a **** about the fans?
This is one of the area KLD needs to make improvements. Our off field stuff is not great at the moment
Not great may possibly be the understatement of the year.
I know of 4 older lads that gave up this summer over the digital ticket farce and they have been going over 40 years
The Bob Murray 'Caring Club' plaque is still up in the ticket office I belive. They need to do a lot better to make us believe that is the case. When I went in to sort the bairns physical card there were about 5 tvs turned on showing **** all apart from a black 'no signal' screen and a load of people commented that the heating was blasting despite it being about 30 degrees outside.
Now, some people may say this is small fry, but if they are being sold something that is based on efficiency and being more efficient it won't wash unfortunately.
Small things I know, but that's just a couple of things I picked up on when I went down to the ticket office.

I really don't know mate, I love the direction on the field with data driven signings and not throwing money away, but there's gaps we don't seem to be able address then the off the field shambles and I wonder where this all ends up
It needs a change and hopefully this new lad will sort it. He only needs to read the minutes the last 6 fans meetings to see where his priorities lie. Personally I think there are few very quick wins in there. Ordering more shirts to sell is an obvious one. If that's a contractual issue then call it out and **** the supplier off.
The easiest quick wins would be admitting the comms have been a disgrace and apologising to the older fans who had to stand for hours to get their leper card.
Then engage with the fan groups to get the displays back going and maybe show a vague interest in merchandise
If the new fella has started I do hope there is a full on press realise where he states his plans and what he hopes to do in the future. We have an on the field 'model'. I don't see why an off the field model can't be communicated to the fans in the various methods available.
You would like to think he would be announced at some stage.
Seems a big name to get on board so would be unusual for it not to be announced
