It won't be Gmail, it will be because he opted put of digital as far as the system is concerned.
Same thing happend to me for Mallorca so had to queue for his paper ticket and the lass said I would need to do the same for cup games.

Do agree mind. End of the day, KLD is the man at the top. The buck stops with him. Needs to own it.
Think he already as mate, with the new appointment. Sounds like he's got big plans for off the field stuff, which should aide us financially
