My dad was trying to buy me a ticket for Saturday using his over 65s season ticket, the club wouldn’t allow him to buy an adult ticket for Preston because it was a different category to his ticket.

Never known an entity that makes it so difficult to spend money

Just asking
Is the problem SAFC
Or
Ticket master?
I don't know, just asking
Was reading over on RTG that the EFL rules state that tickets should be with the away club 4 weeks before the fixture so if its ticket master then we should have been on top of it and onto them as it's SAFC who will cop it from the EFL (although nowt will happen in reality as they are weak as piss anyway). It should have been written into our contract with ticketmaster that the EFL rules need to be adhered to.

Thank you for your very informative reply

Reactions: Oliver's Army
In recent weeks there’s been delayed kit release, major stock issues with the kit, Crewe ticketing fiasco, Rotherham ticketing fiasco - and that’s off the top of my head. I assume I’m missing plenty more. It’s simply unacceptable for a club of our size. Think any club in the whole of the EFL would find this all way below standard and expectation. Needs sorting with absolute urgency.
