Seems mad to younger folk but plenty old boys rocking them old school phones with buttons on.
How old are we talking

My dads mid 70s, an old boy in every sense of the word and rubbish with tech, but even he has a smart phone to WhatsApp his mates

I put his ticket on for him

A couple are 70s but there’s some in there’s 60s guess they just don’t like smart phones

Thank you that’s what I was hoping for
I used to do loads of that. But a ticket and miss half the matches. It got used widely though. I left in the care of a mate who would take any and various people. At least one wouldn't have had a smart phone, he didn't even have a stupid one! Quite the luddite really but an old guy.

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned ( to many posts to go through) but I was told we’d all receive an email in June letting folk know they can opt for the old plastic card rather than digital, did anyone get one ? Popped up the ticket office yesterday but the queue was to big for me to wait in gona try again the day

Not received an email mate

Why is my July direct debit payment reference showing as 'DDS' and not Sunderland AFC?
6 days ago Updated

Due to the migration from our previous ticketing partner to SeatGeek, all July direct debit payments will show as 'DDS', and all further payments will return to show as 'Sunderland AFC'. Fans are advised not to cancel their direct debit at this stage and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
