Having a look on the Sunderland board I discovered that on the 1st page the only posting to get a lot of attention is about Newcastle not their own team. It has 13 pages the next nearest has only 3 pages. they're a funny lot, but obviously not obsessed with us which is good cos that would be weird.

Not being funny but this article is about Sunderland posting too much on us, yet two of our main topics today are about them.
Let's face it, both clubs love the rivalry. It's what makes football so special. There are local rivalries all over hte world of football.
If it was 'just' us against other teams, it would be goo, but a local rivalry is what makes being a football fan. Real banter.
Truth is, they need us and <gulp> we need them, to make it more fun.
I like friendly rivalry and banter - just not the idiots who take it too far or get aggressive.
Harsh, Johnson and Sessegnon are good players. But my main concern is Newcastle and I would like to think we can finish in the top 6.
