Don't forget most of what they tell us is a pile of ****, we've got no idea when a new manager will be announced really.
McLaren would be much better in my eyes, Zola has been ****e everywhere he's been.
Yeah, but. In Spain its Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico then a bunch of also-rans..Little wonder these clubs do well in the CL when they walk the league..Year in year out..
Purely out of interest (as all we've got posted on here so far is pure speculation!) I seem to remember that when Bruce was appointed he was an outsider. Who was the favourite to be appointed at the time - can anyone remember?
Question - who would people want less than Zola?
I'd prefer McLaren, Phelan, Warnock, Brown and any of the others we've been linked with. The only person I'd prefer Zola to is Evans.

That's what I meant, maybe didn't come across clear enough.
Zidane winning the CL in his first season is not an indication if his management skills.
Fortunately I suspect whether its Zola, Phelan or whoever they will be rather more positive about the future than 99% of the posters on here at the moment. I imagine whoever does get appointed there'll be far more saying its the wrong choice than the right one.
I don't mind Zola, we're a basket case anyway, at least he'd have a go at actually playing some football.
Do people keep saying that because of how he played the game? I don't recall his West Ham or Cagliari teams being easy on the eye.
Yet Bayern who are walking the league year in year out and PSG and the Italian ones aren't for doing well regularly for some reason. We haven't done that great recently either despite the same few clubs winning it year in year out until last season.
