Just imagine the odds once they announce the manager.
It'll be a continuing saga.
As soon as A. Manager is appointed the bookies will make him favourite for first PL sacking during the season.

I actually can't see him living north of Watford.Within about the last 4 days we've had Martinez, Bradley, Coleman and now Zola at 1-2 wouldn't be surprised if nothing comes of Zola.
The difference being that they are due to announce our manager in the next day or 2.
Whilst being a piss take. I wouldn't be surprised if they had tried the above.
Garcia 'Strewth Ehab - I'm on another continent'
Ehab 'Rich don't worry we can get hold of tena man pads for men now'
Man pads for men? I hope they sacked their marketing people.
If it is Zola then look at the positives... he's better than McLaren, Phelan, Bradley, Warnock, Evans (in my opinion). Maybe not as good as Martinez...or Bruce (Eeyore! - what have you done!)
Well Zidane was the manager at the time of Real Madrid winning the CL.

Yeah, but. In Spain its Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico then a bunch of also-rans..Little wonder these clubs do well in the CL when they walk the league..Year in year out..
Fortunately I suspect whether its Zola, Phelan or whoever they will be rather more positive about the future than 99% of the posters on here at the moment. I imagine whoever does get appointed there'll be far more saying its the wrong choice than the right one.Yet. If Zola has ambitions of being a successful manager, he has a lot to prove and coming to us, in our sad and sorry state would be managerial suicide.
Question - who would people want less than Zola?
I'd prefer McLaren, Phelan, Warnock, Brown and any of the others we've been linked with. The only person I'd prefer Zola to is Evans.
I don't mind Zola, we're a basket case anyway, at least he'd have a go at actually playing some football.

Watford played decent football I think?Do people keep saying that because of how he played the game? I don't recall his West Ham or Cagliari teams being easy on the eye.
