I'm not missing the point at all - but I think you might be. You say that everyone on here wants Hull City to do well, but what do you mean by "do well"? To me, and I believe, most people that means success on the pitch. But there are a hardcore of posters on here - PLT for example - who see getting rid of the Allams as the be all and end all. Nothing else matters to them, so they say, even to the extent of not going to watch and support the team. That's not a point of view that I share. According to OLM it looks like the Allams are staying, so it's a straight choice of which is the most important, supporting the team or protesting against the Allams? I don't think you can do both.

I am doing both. If I don't go, I'm an empty seat, the Allams don't know why I'm not there, it could be for any reason. Granted en masse the empty seats do send a point, but I think protesting at the ground and during the games is more effective.
I would never miss the opportunity to cheer my team on in my home town and I'm not going to let some **** with an ego issue stop that from happening. Why should he dictate whether I go watch my team or not? I don't want these owners here as much as most others do, but the lads on the pitch shouldn't suffer because of it, any more than they are doing anyway. They've got a mountain to climb as it is; one person might not make a difference to them, but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't even try.
Bradley was a red herring. Coleman is just on our list and we are yet to even talk to him.

Just in the name of accuracy, I don't necessarily think they're staying. In fact, I'm pretty sure Assem wants out as soon as possible, it's just the best potential deal that I think is no longer happening, there could always be another deal.
I think at this stage, it's far more likely we'll get an out of work manager. In addition, I just can't see Coleman giving up the chance to qualify for a World Cup, certainly not for us anyway.
It'll be Martinez, Zola or McLaren.
Not even sure why'd they want to speak to Coleman et al...Phelan is ready to step up to the plate, if he wants it....Knows the players, Knows the backroom staff, Knows the owners! The doorman, tea-lady etc...etc .Players know him. Owners know him (we'd assume so anyway) I can't see the likes of Zola wanting to go north of the M25, assuming he evens wants to come back to England. Martinez will probably get a club in Spain, sooner rather than later. That just leaves Bradley and McClaren . Bradley has no experience of the Premier league...and McClaren failed at Newcastle. No reason to assume he'd succeed now even if he played for City in the 80s.
No one wants Hull City to fail, they just want all the **** ups to end, with that it means the Allams have to go!

Why would he though? He's got a great job! No need to commute anywhere! He's the man of the moment in Wales! Just doesn't add up.
Maybe they will let him do both jobs.... but I doubt the Welsh FA would...

Coleman would be my last choice out of those mentioned in recent days.
