I heard him. He phoned up to ask Simon Jordan's advice on players' contracts. He didn't mention Southall, did he?
he did. he said as far as he's aware Southall was still chairman. but... he's probably not been at the training ground much as all the players have been given time off.
i'm not sure the season can continue into july. if the players dont agree to extend their contracts then we cant fulfil our fixtures (14 out of contract, 6 loans)
The most likely outcome as I see it now is that the club goes back to Belgian ownership. Now that we know the takeover has not been finalised, and are 90% certain that Nimer doesn't have the cash it's just a matter of time. After that who knows how he will react?

By July I wouldn't be surprised if at least a quarter of the 92 are out of business.
