he did. he said as far as he's aware Southall was still chairman. but... he's probably not been at the training ground much as all the players have been given time off. i'm not sure the season can continue into july. if the players dont agree to extend their contracts then we cant fulfil our fixtures (14 out of contract, 6 loans)
The most likely outcome as I see it now is that the club goes back to Belgian ownership. Now that we know the takeover has not been finalised, and are 90% certain that Nimer doesn't have the cash it's just a matter of time. After that who knows how he will react?
CAFC was made a basket case by Roland in 2016. Now it's a laughing stock again. And probably heading for closure. But because of Coronavirus we won't be the only Club going to the wall. By July I wouldn't be surprised if at least a quarter of the 92 are out of business. There will be a lot of 'AFC' Clubs joining the local pub leagues during the next year or so. Not that there will be many pubs left.
