Very good post Sandra, and we have been patient with the players, it's when Pards comes out with a load of rubbish, trying to cover his own back that it gets to us a bit.
I hate booing and at the risk of being lynched, think that idiot Nile Ranger has a point. The problem is that he is not the appropriate person to make that point. It's interesting to me to see how some fans are full of praise for the players when things are going well. When they're not, money seems to get mentioned a lot -- how overpaid these lazy, indifferent sods are. How they really don't care and are only in it for the money. Well, I get paid for going to work. I'm "in it for the money", you might say. But when I'm working, I want to be the best I can be and give 100%. And never once do I think about money. I don't believe for a minute that even the much-maligned Shola is out there on the pitch thinking "I don't really give a crap, so what if we lose. As long as I get paid. that's all I care about".
I know people are feeling fed up and demoralised -- the last couple of months have been one disaster after another. And with the captain leaving (as I know he is definitely doing), relegation seems assured. I just don't believe you get the best from people by booing, turning your back, walking out, swearing at them and insulting them.
Rob Elliott after the Brighton fiasco: "“The players really appreciate the fans. It is always mentioned in the dressing room before the games. It is hard but we want the support to keep coming.....The fans were brilliant on Saturday. I have never known a crowd when you have lost 2-0 away from home to turn round and give you appreciation like that. Credit to them, they are showing great patience."

Sammy needs to realise where his bread is buttered. I had high hopes for the lad and he's gone from promising to a lazy **** in my eyes.
Maybe he has been hanging with the Gangsta boys too much and he thinks he has made it or something.

Goodness, please don't lump Sammy in with Ranger!!
Sammy has tweeted: What Nile said after the game was wrong and I only meant to shut him up but you obviously took it the wrong way so for that I apologise.
As a player ranger clearly has talent and potential. He's been involved in England at Under 19 level and had a decent goal record and first thing shearer did as manager was to offer him a long term deal because of the promise he saw. I'm not too bothered about what he says on twitter because he has a point but the way he puts it across leaves a lot to be desired, my main problem with him is that when he rarely makes a appearance on the pitch he is worse than useless and puts very little effort in, unless he receives the perfect pass he gets frustrated and acts like its everyone else's fault for not putting a chance on a plate for him
Obviously man's deluded and is still living off the hype of 3 years ago.
