I'm not being funny but West Ham are close to 4th and they aren't THAT much better than us...the teams after the top 3 are much of a muchness really.

Aim high, go for 4th next season, doesn't mean we'll get it but **** this top 10 bollocks.

I don't care if people think it's expecting to much to soon, let's ****ing go and **** the daft ****s who try to stop us.

Aye then lose out due to the cheating bastards getting historic placings.

Just out of interest, if a team qualifies for CL through co-efficient rankings then I hope they don't get points for the season they qualify through that route.

I feel like the takeover / new owners can finally start to go with a plan which until premier league status was achieved was a bit up in the air. They didn't know if they were could go with plan A or plan B if nufc was relegated.

For fans the takeover going through was relief and ecstasy at the same time, but only now had the fear of relegation ended and the real pleasure is about to come in spades.

Those 5 would be brilliant and I think whatever they bring in will be a new experience for us to watch and that'll keep continuing for until it becomes normal.

We deserve it for 60 years of hurt and the stress of the last few years since the takeover battle commenced. It's been exhausting.

The fact they got and convinced Bruno, who by all accounts looks like a ****ng world-beater, says all you need to know about the future. All this "it won't be the revolution people think" is clearly a load of rollocks. Sure, Howe could well caveat that statement by saying "see? I told you we wouldn't sign Mbappe, Haaland and Bellingham" but I think we'll end up with all our Xmas' at once.

My view is this - they will not ever be held ransom for a player, so we won't be paying extravagant fees or exorbitant amounts, a la Man U/Chelsea, for big names. Instead, if we want a player and it's within the value we put on them, we'll buy them. The difference is I don't think we'll be limited, so if all five I mentioned are available and keen at the right prices, we'll buy them all. If more become available for the right price and are keen, we'll keep buying, until the squad feels right. I think we'll end up near £150m spent this Summer. I think once the bug hits, it'll go mad. Jamie Reuben's going to be up for it, we know Staveley is.

They've changed the rules or are in process of changing the rules, so if a team finishes 4th ahead of say Man Utd. Man Utd would get in ahead of them due to historic appearances.

It's small margins, and you're right. We'll also have the element of surprise, because a Summer of working with competent coaches means many won't know what we're like to do.

It's still **** mate. Its the very essence of what is wrong with the sporting integrity of all these competitions with the seeding and keeping teams from same country apart bollox.

I think the top 4 get in as standard and then they are extra places for historical performance. So for example if we got 4th and Man Utd got 5th both would qualify.

Imagine the makems <laugh>

I mean my ****ing god this is literally the worst thing that could ever have happened in their lives and it has
