Underneath the lighthearted not enough arrests stuff in your original post thetre is a good point. Most away followings seem to be comprised of the most rabid, vociferous fans. Whereas we seem to have a preponderance of sit down, shut up types. Especially when we were in the PL and they were more interested in gawping st and photoing the likes of Stevie G, .wayne and the rest. Compare the Bournemouth fans at Liverpool, all stood up whilst we had fans ejected because others had complained about others standing up. Norwich all stood up st ?West Ham unlike us. We had loads sat down at Tottenham, West Ham, Southampton and others. Some blamed the stewards. But watch other fans at these games and virtually all the away fans are stood up. Maybe word gets around between stewards that you may not dare push Geordies, Mackems, Scousers Man U or West Ham fans about but you can take your frustrations out by pushing Hull City fans about as half of them won'5 object and will quite happily put up with their own fans being ejected.
Of course other clubs may not have the young kids, parents and uncles who are unsteady on their feet and who we seem to have so many of compared to other clubs. Other clubs seem to end up withnthevfew who want to sitbdown at the front but our fans insist on their seat being theirs and refusing to swap and making a big issue of it.

There were some ****ers at away's last season, but it hasn't been the case this season, pretty much everyone stands.

The FA Cup is 15%, the League Cup is 10%.

Since when? This is from Chelsea's site regarding tickets for the game at Stoke " TICKETS FOR THE GAME AGAINST STOKE WILL BE SOLD AS FOLLOWS:
We have received an allocation of 4690 tickets."

Does the Britannia Stadium now hold 46,900 or did Chelsea get 15% of the 28,000 capacity (slightly more in fact)?

10% would have seen Middlesbrough getting 7,500 tickets. However they got 10,500 just over 15% of the 75,000 capacity. Man Utd are not renowned for giving away clubs more tickets than they have to. The only reason clubs get less is because of police issues, Chelsea at Leeds a few years back, Villa v Birmingham etc.

There's nothing to stop clubs giving a bigger allocation if they want, the rules only state a minimum allocation and that's 10%.

Just a coincidence Man Utd, who normally don't want to give more tickets than they have to away fans, gave 15% as did Stoke?
There was a big row a few years back, when following the row about policing at Elland Road, Chelsea had their allocation cut from the 15% they were entitled to, 6,000, down to 4,000.
Have you forgotten the row at Newcastle when they didn't offer us the allocation we were entitled to, condescendingly inferring we wouldn't sell them, and the after additional tickets were snapped up had to give us more to give us our allocation of 15% which meant Vity fans were in 3 parts of the ground?

Wasn't that newcastle game in the fa cup?

Having a look around there seem weird and wonderful ticket allocations for this cup. Probably due to police interference and clubs offering lower initial allocations when they think they can fill seats with home fans. Liverpool have offered some clubs only 2,800 tickets initially. Which makes it all the stranger as to why Man Utd would give ?Boro 10,500 when they could have gotbawaybwith less and filled the seats with their own fans.

It must be a coincidence, I'm just stating the rules, not an opinion...

22.2 In all Cup Competition matches, the Visiting Club shall have the right to claim 10 per cent of all tickets reserved or otherwise sold in advance (any variation to that figure shall be subject to the consent of the Management Committee)

I posted that exact quote a few pages back, Castro either can't read or can't comprehend it, either way its not worth arguing with him.
