Fonseca agreed well over a week ago, Howe agreed last week.

Exactly that's what I've been saying for weeks.

They've bagged names then kept casting the net out further until nothing is coming back.

They almost caught a big fish but now they'll go off happy with the best they caught

We're back in the battle but anyone underestimating the challenge is in for a shock.

We're going to have to get used to rejection over the next few years.

If you don't try you don't get! Try for the very best and get what you ****ing can

I refuse to yield to the wimps.

5 to 10 years not 4 weeks

I doubt anyone at Brighton was particularly excited about potter

Bournemouth could at least play

I have said it before don't trust the reporters
they have their own self interests at heart

wait and see

So what are you saying bud?

As I've said, I'll be bitterly disappointed if it's Eddie Howe. We'll see how it plays out, but I have to say it's ****ing piss poor from the new owners that they haven't been able to play this correctly.

Spurs said "hey, Antonio, would you take this job?" and when the noises were good they made all the moves. What are our owners doing? Sack Bruce, but leave his (arguably worse) minions? Faff around for a month with no clarity and no plan?

I'm still sceptical of Ballbag's report, but the thing that did stand out is - how the **** are Emery and Howe your front runners? Emery and Favre, I understand. But Howe? He's unemployed for over 18 months after getting relegated, he's dogshit. Parker would be an infinitely better bet.

If I was a betting man, the only thing I'd be tempted to put money on is that we won't have a manager for the Brentford game, let alone Brighton.

I'm just a bit mystified as to what Amanda Staveley is doing. If they do, as I suspect, keep an eye on social media they're going to have a lot of ****ing explaining to do to a lot of people if we're expected to get behind an Eddie Howe/Graeme Jones combo.

I think there’s more to this Emery story than we know. Not a chance he’s decided on what could be a huge project to shine in such a short space of time. Not saying he’s 100% coming but I definitely feel like there’s room for negotiation.

Money ALWAYS talks in the end.

They were terrible mate. They were flirting with relegation nearly every season, apart from once, until they were. His transfer record when he had money to spend was abysmal and his overuse of his older players was detrimental to the team.

I knew the great support would start blaming the new owners.

I mean how dreadful that they've tried to appoint a top manager and the ****s changed his mind after agreeing to come.

We had this **** thrown at Staveley for 18 months but she got the job done.

Chill out and see what happens...

They've bagged what they could...

In the voice of rio ferdinand you should just be saying thankyou
