I've favoured Fonseca since the links started.
    Hope we get him.
I'd accept Howe though. If we did go down he knows how to get promoted too.

I wanted Favre. History of taking a **** team from 4th bottom to 4th top. That would do for me for a make weight manager.

They were set to be relegated from league 2 and well adrift when he took over there too. Also worth remembering that if it wasn’t for failed goal line technology Bournemouth wouldn’t have been relegated from the EPL when they were.

    I'm confident it'll be fonseca.

I was of firm belief that they bagged him them something else popped up.. I believe that was emery and it fell apart

    Back to fonseca me thinks.

I'm surprised everyone is so opposed to Howe. You've got to realise where we are. I think he's a really good option. He's got a clear idea of the way he wants to play, by all accounts is an incredibly hard worker and knows how to manage players and media. I live in Bournemouth and I can tell you he left them with massive credit in the bank with the fans. His time there had ran it's course which is always going to happen at a club like Bournemouth and he probably stayed a year too long when there were opportunities to move but he is a good, modern coach who is demanding of his players and his employers.

My worry is that if we want a coach that plays football it takes time to develop and we need points now if we are to stay up. That is maybe where an Emery for instance would be quite experienced at being pragmatic and grinding out results.

There was some that wanted Allardyce and not emery.

Unfortunately whoever they bring in there's going to be people moaning... We're going down and our training facilities are worse than the local youth clubs.

10pm he was saying himself he was leaving pretty much then and couple of hours later he changed his mind.

He was clearly persuaded to stay and his hearts there.. End of

The blame game doesn't change anything

Guy changed his mind due to a leak in the UK press and nothing else. This reporting was what alerted VillaReal and started 20 questions to Emery.

Dare I say he was probably worried about being sacked and planning to jump ship on the sly, but the Win and their owners saying please stay made him realise he was safe.

    **** him.

Wanted him won't lie but **** him

Exactly my thoughts. He has a good record - of that there's no doubt. I wasn't overly excited personally, then read a load of Arsenal fans moaning about him coming and thought he was maybe better than what I had originally thought.

A few weeks ago I would have opted for Favre ahead of Emery - I'm still of the same mindset.

You have to have balls of steel to manage this club!!

Very few people have understood this!

The ones that did all had some connection to this area, either through family, friends or association.

I know it's a cliche, but this club is different!

You have to buy into the people and the city/area, before you are able to buy into the club, and then you have to have the support of the owners.

If you can't do that, you will fail.

If you can show you are working your arse off, like we do every week, then we will be with you through thick and thin!

    It's not Rocket Science!!

    Applications Welcome!

So Roland says he has no clear plan, and Seabass (who may just have the inside line here mind) thinks he has a very clear plan. There is clearly only one way to sort this out...
