Lads forget Klopp, there is no chance of him coming although I would have him but no chance

Do you all think BR should def go then?

AVB, anyone? <laugh> He's the polar opposite of Rodgers. Poor people skills, but a genuine obsessive nut to boot.

"I think England is the only country I think where I should work, next to Germany because it's the only country I know the language a little bit and I need the language for my work," said Borussia Dortmund's Mr Klopp to BT Sport this week.

"If somebody will call me, then we will talk about it."

Yes, but as I say, he brought under different circumstances. Rafa had to sell to buy and could replace one at a time, he didn't get given £100m one summer and only need to replace 1 player.

He also brought a lot of better players than Rodgers. Rodgers has brought 2 good players in Sturridge & Coutinho and some ok ones in Allen & Mig.

Rafa brought in Lucas, Alonso, Mascherano, Torres, Agger, Benayoun, Kuyt, Arbeloa. All those players have done better than all those Rodgers has signed bar the 2 obvious exceptions.

You can't have it both ways though. If he brought in better players then why did he fail in the league??? What did he build? He sold Alonso and brought in Robbie Keane ffs for £20m. His final season and the performances in that season are absolutely akin to everything Liverpool are going through this season. There is a reason why he's knocking around in Italy not doing much and not getting any other offers. He'll probably end up at Galatasaray if Liverpool don't go in for him. I am surprised you think he is the answer. There are better managers out there who will take the job.

Its a difficult one, today would have been the perfect chance for Rodgers to make it clear he's the right man for the job. But a 3-1 defeat screams there is something wrong.
The performance today was poor
The performances thus far has been poor
The team selections have been baffling
He keeps sticking with players that don't deserve to be playing
He seems to be tactically poor unable to adjust and respond to how other teams are playing
His transfer record is appalling
The defence is worse than it was last year and it was terrible last year.

All these things are adding up and it looks as if Rodgers is going backwards, we seem to be worse than at the moment than before he arrived.
Hate to say it but it does appear that Rodgers might be getting more credit for last year than he deserves. The triple S seem to have had more influence than the manager.

As to whether to he needs sacking, I still don't like the idea of sacking managers just because you're in bad form. But if bad form turns into a bad season its right to raise the question.

But we finished second last season. Inuted finished 7th, Everton 5th, Spurs 6th and Arsenal threw the title away as much as we did and finished 4th. We can only compare ourselves to Arsenal on that list.

Not really mate. Last year was a freak season for the 'Pool. Happens once every 10 years or so. You've just moved back down to your usual level (no disrespect). A good team trying to finish in the top six.

Its unfair to compare yourselves to PL winners and regular title contenders. Give Rodgers a break FFS

Lets not get carried away calling for Rafa. He did sign Keane - £19m and Aquaman, £17m, plus those power houses of Scott Carson, Nunez, Voronin, dossena etc etc etc. Spunked a fair bit of cash in the end and had the same ability to alienate players. Lets not go backwards. Im sick of hearing we have another 5 years of transition. Weve had 25 years of transition.

Klopp wont come

I'd be interested to know who you would want Billy?

I'd want Klopp if possible <ok>

This is Rodgers team now and it's miles off standard. He had a few tasks over the summer and he's failed to address any of them. Solidify the defence....it's even worse now. Buy a top class centre mid....Can might come good but he hasn't even got the balls to play him....failed. Get a top class player in up top....failed miserably. I still like the fella but results are Hodgsonesque and performances the same. If there's no turn around of fortunes in the next few weeks he's in trouble with very little in the way of excuses.

Too much shagging of staff....not enough solutions on the training ground or pitch.

Sack the prick. Theyre his signings and its his own fault weve 3 strikers with one goal between them in 12 league games.

20m markovic - ****, couldnt get a game today. Is he better than Jordan Ibe ? No would be my answer.

20m lovren - weak , very iffy and nervous. Is he better than Sakho (No) or Illori ?

25m lallana - unfit , very rarely finishes a match. Is he better than Coutinho ? No

16m balotelli - shocking , words cant express how **** he is. Is he better than any academy or u21 striker ? Doubtful

4m lambert - wtf , a poormans andy carroll. Is he better than the other striking options ? No

10m can - jury still out on him.

16m? Moreno - couldve got a more solid left back for less money. Is he better than Jose Enrique ? No

On loan Manquillo - young player with potential. Is he better than Flanno ? I dont think so

Theres brendans summer signings and in my humble opinion he ****ed us big time. Not one signing (emre can aside) is better than what was already at the club.

King Kenny got the boot for blowing 150m with Damian Commolli. Time for Rodgers and the comittee to step down before they do more damage and the owners decide their never giving that kind of money to any manager ever again.
