What's the "Plan" and "Strategy" we keep hearing about exactly? Getting a tad boring really. Buy young sell high? Aggressive approach to promotion? Sustainability? Stay in the Championship for a few years? Footballers just want to play football.I remember Crystal Palace going into administration, what next? Promotion back to the Premier leauge that no one seen coming to the point Ian Holloway said "We've been promoted by accident", and been there ever since. Is everything Getting abit complicated behind the scenes?Not moaning, just asking.

I wonder if they have been aware of the fact AN wasaking moves behind the clubs back. Wonder of someone grassed him.up after stoke last week.

For me, we all hated league one, every single one of us, the officials, the time wasting, the skullduggery, the away fans and we are out of it thank goodness, I think a sensible plan is to slowly build the last thing we need would be an accidental back to back promotion as we would just have another horrific season worse than the 15 pointer, I want stability, consolidation and steady progress, Mowbray for me will be ok in the interim but we should be sounding out the likes of bielsa

sometimes the owner need questions asked in situations like this aswell, (and by asked i dont mean i want him out, i do like him) , he will have a hand in the appointment aswell, all the blame can't be on speakmen

It could be that KLD does like how Speakman is running things, adhering to the sustainability model, and is quite happy to retain his services.
It is also possible that it's the critics who whinge at everything the club does who are wrong and need to accept what has been well advertised, KLD is not going to inject his billions into the club and will run it sustainably.
