It’s a good listen. Positive honest response generally from the Blackburn fan. For every criticism there was a counter balance but seems well liked overall. Says he all help steady the ship and does well with young uns

Sounds exactly what we need at the minute. Always thought neil was never keen to play the youngsters. As soon as he come in doyle was out of the team and a bit part player, same with dan neil.
I thought he might have seen playing with experience as the best way to get promoted but everything that has happened and been said since i don't think he was fully on board with our philosophy and we were just a route back in to management.

I said before I felt playing young players was forced AN due to how we recruit and it being our way of doing things, sound like Mowbray likes playing younger players anyway.
