Not only was it incredibly hot, but there was a wasps nest in the roof, the bloody things were swarming all over us.
Did the tour in February when I was up in that part for our away game against Sunderland, and it's a top quality stadium, but yeah the view from high up isn't great.
In my opinion the view really isn't that bad. Admittedly it is very high - I wouldn't want a season pass there - but for a one off game there is no problem whatsoever. Moreover, in recent years, we have a pretty good record up there. Last season was a cracker! Nice TGI Fridays for lunch before the game in town too! Not too expensive either, get yourselves there!
I shall be there, but I have enough trouble getting myself up the stairs, so I'll be doing no piggy-backing.
