This is an unfortunate and uncalled for attack on LUST. Why have GFH waited until now to decry LUST? As they say, they've been in it since June, so why allow all of this alleged misinformation to fester for so long? Something is afoot here and it looks like there are a lot of gullibles out there picking this LUST attack as gospel.
I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED THAT OUR SUPPOSED 'SAVIOURS' HAVE NOW ALIGNED THEMSELVES TO BATES. I AM NO LONGER 100% BEHIND THEM AND MY TRUST AND FAITH IN THEM HAS BEEN SERIOUSLY DENTED. INDEED, I'M EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS OF THEM NOW. THE BASTARDS!!!

Thats a very good post and well put together. I feel it is clutching at straws to think DH is taking Lust apart just because of timescales though. I am not sure he would want to allienate even the minority of fans that are LUST for the sake of making a small point.

I am glad that our possible new chairman a Leeds supporter himself has come out and put the record straight. I guess he has been sitting quietly ignoring rumours until a point comes where enough is enough. Maybe he has sat back watching how LUST operate hoping that he could work with them and he now feels the same as 50% of us did before this statement, that LUST are not conducting themselves in an appropriate manner and they have no future or place on any new Leeds board and no say in how things are run.
If, and I mean if LUST have been telling porky pies.... Its not GFH fault.
However I am still waiting for LUST's response b4 I decide.
My one concern if that LUST are been used to take attention away from the questions surrounding GFH financial capability & Bates walking into a bad deal like a doddering fool.
Where have they attacked Lust ? I'm a member of Lust but i think people are over reacting. They have stated ALL media channels have been reporting a lot of untruths not only Lust (Duncan Castles anyone). Wait for the outcome before jumping on GFH's backs. Maybe they just want to get this deal done without all the **** from people outside the ring.
It's obviously no secret that I didn't believe their stories before this announcement, I still believe that they have the clubs interest at heart, they just go about things the wrong way. I don't hate LUST they meant well and it is a shame they have screwed this up big time.
I know it is IF LUST are telling porkies and waiting to see what their reply is but does it really matter, how can they come out of this with reputation intact?
Gary Cooper might be a really nice bloke but he certainly rubs a lot of people up the wrong way.
Bottom line is the bridge has been burnt between the possible new chairman and Gary Cooper - New owners, a few million ploughed into the team and a string of good results, will anyone care and will anyone still want LUST to be involved?

There's just so many suspicious circumstances surrounding our "Profitability". The lack of hard cash at the club is the main concern.
I too have my doubts, but they claim to have an explanation for all that has happened previously.
Now is the time to state who they have talked to etc.
I hope that LUST have been lying as the alternative is that GFH are as bad as Bates and can not be trusted.

They have lodged evidence of contact and information received with a lawyer that is sealed until the deal is done. To release it now might well jeopardise the deal, so it simply won't happen. LUST are actually sitting ducks until this happens, and Bates knows it. So does Haigh, who has made me deeply suspicious of him. And he's not even been appointed yet!!
