The club’s new owners have stated their intention to put The
Toffees at the top table of Europe’s football elite, whilst preserving
the unique community foundations of this club. This summer’s
close-season sees the completion of a comprehensive overhaul of
hospitality spaces, new LED lighting, rebranding and re-naming of
two stands and eye-catching, vinyl wrappings of the stadium
exterior.

No it needs Moshiri to write a cheque for £30m which is why he's now desperately scrambling around Croxteth looking for an alternative site
