It had me thinking a deal was going to be announced and that cash promised/not spent would be put towards the ground. So far our new investor has done a BK, got his shares and turns transfer profit. Some silly comments on McCarthy when the deal for the lad from Newcastle fell through.

It's a perfect indication of what he's actually done so far. You're giving him credit for his potential but [HASHTAG]#reality[/HASHTAG] is so far he has invested in neither the squad nor the stadium. That's 0/2 for his first 6 months. Still early but he's the one who pledged £100m in transfers and then failed to deliver even £1m.
It's not his fault City wanted to overpay for a player you think is pants.
Or that Walsh picked players that fit the style/system the boss of wants. Maybe not being taken for a ride in transfer fee's isn't such a bad thing. Plus, was the lad from Newcastle what the club needed?
