You sad bitter **** You're a ****ing joke. Still not manage to get a seat at the pit then? Armchair plassie
You've always been eager to take a pop at me, not arsed like, but don't even bother to try and deny it
So it's from now......until the end of time. It had me thinking a deal was going to be announced and that cash promised/not spent would be put towards the ground. So far our new investor has done a BK, got his shares and turns transfer profit. Some silly comments on McCarthy when the deal for the lad from Newcastle fell through.
I passed this on in good faith, if you're going to use it to try and point score then that's a shame.
Yup and looking at it from the correct point of view its..... He tried to spend the money but we were getting knocked back and dicked about rotton....I'd be shocked if he texted Jim White again would you? (Yup he made a mistake) But realistically comparing him to BK get real under BK we'd have flogged Stones and bought no one or even still have Brown shoes in charge... We've had massive changes haven't you noticed????
I have noticed changes, but also the same mistakes Kenwright, Woods, Earl and the other major share holders allowed to happen. Allowing Big Joe to 'leak' the stadium news, texting Sky to tell them that we didn't get the Newcastle lad because we wanted to remain a 'family'?? I know the new guy has put cash in f his shares, but nothing else so far. Will wait to be dazzled, but still a CG bid stadium looks likely
Not point score, when you mentioned it it tempered my transfer window expectations. Yet here we are no closer. Nothing has really changed has it, we balance the books.
We are closer, and plenty has changed. You'll see, give the bloke some time to prove it ffs. The failure at the end of the window is not a defining indication of what the new owner is all about.
It's a perfect indication of what he's actually done so far. You're giving him credit for his potential but #reality is so far he has invested in neither the squad nor the stadium. That's 0/2 for his first 6 months. Still early but he's the one who pledged £100m in transfers and then failed to deliver even £1m.
It's not his fault City wanted to overpay for a player you think is pants. Or that Walsh picked players that fit the style/system the boss of wants. Maybe not being taken for a ride in transfer fee's isn't such a bad thing. Plus, was the lad from Newcastle what the club needed?
