New Stadium

Waiting for the update from Klopps biggest fan after today's visit to the dock site?

He seems a little quite on this for some reason. Big Joe bagged an invite, strange he needed to tag along.

Discussed on the LFC board <ok>

Strange he took time to visit Croxteth if he's already paid for the docks like Tobes says? Maybe thinking of asking for a refund?

Or maybe he hasn't already made a deal at all?

Not sure I have ever seen Tobes say he had paid for the docks, all I have seen him say is a deal has been agreed/done.

He said the deal is done, the announcement was going to be made a month ago, and now his story is the delay is only so they can make the announcement at someone else's event rather than their own.

So where did he say £30m had been paid?

How can you have a deal to buy something if you haven't agreed on the price? (Apart from Man Utd's policy on agents fees)
No, you agree the price, but don't hand over any money until completion. I would imagine in this case that is very much reliant on planning permission.

So first you agree to buy the docks, then you visit the docks and another potential site to see what they look like [HASHTAG]#seemslegit[/HASHTAG]

How can you be so obsessed with Man Utd and Everton when you claim to be a Liverpool fan then Ted?

Also you seem to not want to talk about LFC binning their own expansion deeming the new stand enough?

Is this why you are so clearly bitter that we are looking to build a new stadium?

I have a sneaky suspicion they may have already seen the docks once or twice but, had to have an official visit with the Mayor for public display.

So you subscribe to the [HASHTAG]#conspiracy[/HASHTAG] theory that the Croxteth visit was just theatre to try to keep some element of surprise?

Something is seriously wrong at that club, usually spend little or nothing on transfers (net spend and all that ****), pay low to average wages, get same TV money as everybody else and have some good sponsorship deals yet still have to borrow £170m from the owners to build a new stand.
Where the **** does all the money go?

No idea who's theory that is but I would think the truth is that Croxteth is a back up plan in case planning permission is denied on the docks.
Every good business has a back up plan, like your lot putting in plans for two stands in case they needed them but now realising one should be enough.

I'll cry laughing if you lose Monday to a team your so bitter about.... A Rooney goal against the run of play in injury time should give not606 an astro holiday for about a fortnight I reckon ha ha <laugh>
