Some people on one of the THFC facebitch groups are claiming that the stadium failed a safety test yesterday, does anyone know anything about this?
People reading Harry ****espout again: yesterday he had a headline thundering about a failed safety test, yet the article itself (all 83 words of it, spaced out to three pages of A4 by the ridiculous number of ads and banners he shoved into the text) does not at any point say that a safety test was failed, let alone state that a source told him a test was failed

It's the sort of ****gibbonry we can expect from him, problem is people fall for it

It was not an official safety test, just a pre test check and it did not go well but that is what it was for I suppose

Good news: we remembered to install toilets

Bad news: we based the colour scheme on our mid-90s away shirts

"Del Boy, it's Daniel. You got any of that yellow paint left?"

No wonder costs are going up, how much do purple toilet pans cost? What's wrong with white ones?
I'm not sure that they are purple. I think that they might be covered with bags while the stalls are being painted. The surface looks uneven.
Wouldn't surprise me if they're the same metal ones that a lot of places use now.
You can see that the place isn't finished, as there's tape everywhere.

All I see is :

"Spurs have no fixtures between March 9-31 after Crystal Palace’s progress in the FA Cup
forced a postponement of their meeting on March 17."

You're right and I'm linking a few things together, quite possibly incorrectly but...

  • Dan Kilpatrick does have some close links to the club and might have come across something genuine. If a hack could, it would be quite likely to be him;
  • The ITK on SSC, who works for the club and has been releasing pics that haven't been seen elsewhere, said..."All I can really say is the testing is all positive so far. 10 days in and little to no faults. 10 more days to go and then if all is as is now, test events will be announced."
  • It may be that they are provisional dates pending successful completion and that we've been here before...too many times. However, we're overdue an announcement from the club and if there's genuine good news possible, that could explain it.
Plus, I just want it to be true.....
