As soon as i saw this i rang my mate whos a big Millwall fan. He reckons we've got a good solid player in mclaughlin that is a top end league 1/lower Championship defender, so i suppose we can't complain too much considering he was a freebie.

Don’t know much about the lad but caps for NI and played at a higher level, looks textbook on the face of it.

I've seen him play and he's better than our current best full back. Not as skilful as Oviedo but twice as committed.

He's energetic, tough and brave ...
