Presumably TS would have to buy out both sets of ESI frauds if he wanted to end it now, but why would he do that?

I wouldn’t blame him now saying “sorry guys, I tried, I’m out!”

I am really struggling to comprehend why he would want to buy you.
Surely just a loss making project for him.

He's a businessman with no previous connections to Charlton.
What could possibly be in it for him apart from getting a football club on the cheap?

I've been puzzled by it too since the start.

I guess the same thing that drives anyone with a mild interest in football - ego and potential lure of premier league. Bonuses are that Charlton are cheap & in London.

Yep can’t see him sticking around now. Maybe he’ll be back when we’re 10 points clear by the time this is resolved in November <laugh>

The flip side of this is that Sandgaard isn't a Charlton fan. If ESI 1&2 decide they want million pound returns for the pound they invested Sandgaard can simply walk away. Elliott/Southall/Nimer are then stuck with a loss making football club, and increasing debt to RD. Bearing in mind the limited income for most football clubs, a bunch of potless fraudsters should have taken a couple of thousand from Sandgaard and vanished. How it plays out now is beyond me.

Originally thought Sandgaard was the real deal and Charlton was about to get the owner they very much need.

But - his latest exploits on twitter make him look like he's on one big ego trip - similar to Southall on deadline day!!!

Sadly I have to agree. Any Charlton fan actually changing their picture to the badge because of that tweet clearly can’t think for themselves

I had a Danish flag avatar for a while <doh>

Those fake rumours about TS buying directly from Roland did me up like a kipper.
It was exactly what I wanted to hear, so I fell for it completely.

The future is Elliott now. Just the latest in a growing line of ****e owners. Maybe the last owner we ever have, going by his CV.
    OK then, so be it.

    Boycott, oppose, protest.
    To the bitter end.

we are absolutely f'd. the judge today said the other was massively wrong.

we'll now likely have a sh1t outcome for the november case.

only way out is that someone stupidly gives farnell and elliott a big lump, or we go under. before that happens though, the sell on fees will go, phillips, doughty and anyone else in form will go.

I feel really low about today. I have been a supporter for nearly 60 years and I have had enough. I have had enough of false promises, crooks that put in a £1 and think they can strip a football Club of over 100 years. I really feel like turning my back on the Club. All I want to do is go to the Valley and support the Club. This Takeover business is doing my head in. I believe that Isthmian league Clubs are letting in spectators. I might spend my Saturdays at Phoenix Sports or Cray Wanderers. Enough is enough.

The crooks have had a result today. Sandgaard needs to cough up or it's curtains.

If they're unable to fund the club, it should put us into administration no? Wouldn't that remove ESI from the picture completely?

    That's a silver lining.

We're fast approaching the point now where administration (& 12 point deduction) might be the least worst option.
It would get rid of ESI - but would it mean the Club defaults back to Roland rather than being sold to a new owner by the administrator?

Or would Roland just get the Valley & all assets, leaving a post-administration CAFC homeless.

Luckily, Sandgaard does have a plan B.

It's "Change all your Twitter logo's, then go outside and piss in the wind"

Sandgaard has said that he will not be giving Elliott any money. When Elliott wins the Court case in November then he will be the new owner of Charlton. Then he can use some of the 12 million pounds that his barrister says he has to fund the Club.

Am I right in thinking that PM agreed to pay the costs of yesterday’s hearing?
Be interesting to see if they have sufficient funding to pay those costs. Maybe this is the ace up the sleeve that Nimer spoke of. If he doesn’t have the funds to pay the costs, PM goes into administration and Roland defaults back to owner?

ST rocks up buys the club off Roland and arrives at the valley with his pants over his trousers!!!

Amongst the criticisms of the PM legal team, I read that they didn't apply to prevent costs so I guess Nimer/Southall may have just picked up a large tab. How long they have to pay it and who gets bankrupted if they can't is beyond me. Would PM going into administration drag CAFC with them? Would the club be seized as an asset ? Could it be while w**nystain Elliott is claiming ownership?

    What a clusterf**k.
