Seems odd that they never had their own before considering the cost of it must be a drop in the ocean compared to wages and so on.

Think the coach is owned by Ellisons Travel. According to their website, they provide half the Prem teams with coaches now.

Saints probably lease it and once done with it, the decals are easily removed.
