A done deal, that's not yet done. Paperwork problem I am led to believe.

Some cognitive dissonance here. Always has to be extremes for some. From March when this supposed 'talk with Tan' happened, people praised the change of style and form and spoke about how there were clear signs Rosenior had changed his approach. Now people saying "Oh yeah it was boring all the time and he was stubborn with his approach". Can't be both fellas. It is ok to sit somewhere in the middle on some things.
I'd have been more impressed if you'd said laid in the middle.I sat in the middle of 2 really nice nurses yesterday .

You ok?
It shouldn’t take a player going above his head for things to change. We were on our way to a finish that would’ve seen most not arsed if Rosenior was sacked. They did though. You can believe what you want but they did.I don't believe players did go above his head, considering one of the players who supposedly did so has just done an interview in the national press saying how much he enjoyed working with Rosenior.

He simpered smuglyDoesn't matter, point is it won't happen any more because we've got rid of Rosenior. Just entertaining, satisfying games from here on out. And no one will mind if we've actually regressed from last season because the important thing is that it isn't boring.

That literally doesn't mean anything though does it. Why do people take some of the spiel so full on? And if Carvalho was one of the ones who instigated the talk, why would that mean he was 'against' Rosenior at this point? What did you expect him to say about his loan stint?
I've just disagreed with my manager about something, doesn't mean I want him sacked and that I don't think he's good at his job, or that I'm not enjoying what I'm doing.
Wouldn’t say complain no. Just felt we were restricting ourselves in how we played which results also showed at the time. I thought credit to all involved but clearly ownership felt otherwiseSo Carvalho went to Tan to complain about Rosenior?
To disagree so strongly that he went around him to the Vice Chairman is a bit extreme though. Why do you feel the need to downplay or twist the situation? He could very easily have trotted out some cliched lines in the press and left it at that if he was unhappy with his time under LR. He very clearly went above and beyond that.
He really didn't go beyond anything. He banged a bunch of goals in, was a key member of the squad and obviously liked the manager. His stock will have risen while with us and it solidifies his career onto a good path. That doesn't mean he didn't instigate talks with Tan, doesn't mean he didn't enjoy his time with us and doesn't mean he wasn't surprised when LR was sacked. These things aren't mutually exclusive.

It wasn’t a single individual, couldn’t tell you the politics of it all regarding Coyle etc. It happened, but it shouldn’t be depicted as a negative it was more a resolution that was found that led to us nearly landing 6th.So Carvalho went around Rosenior and talked to Tan? Didn't ask Coyle or Greave to, he went himself? Just to confirm. And it 100% happened and thinking otherwise is daft?

Again, Rosie laid the foundations for this run in to happen just didn’t quite work out. Had he dropped/not signed Allsop I think he’d still be here which is worrying
I agreed with that post for what it’s worth. Some are so caught up in an agenda that they reject evidenceThis all started with me pointing out that things did change, despite many now trying to claim nothing ever changed and we were as boring as ever all season, which is patently untrue. If the conversation with Tan definitely really did happen then I'll take your word for it.
