so if we lose to blackburn
dawsons out
win and hes in?
not very plan orientated is it

Not necessarily, Id take just good performances in the next two without necessarily feeling Daws wasnt up to it personally - though I doubt that would be enough for the bed wetters and gloom mongers on here, FB and twitter.

Doesn't mean I don't think Rosie is a decent option though. I get the impression he wasn't just Rooneys assistant rather Rooney was more the figurehead with the high profile and massive contract so they couldn't afford to pay him off at Derby.

Only question I'd have about Rosie is whether or not he's just a bit too 'nice' - but that might just be my own perception.

As it stands, whether its Rosie or Daws (for the time being) we are guaranteed to have HCAFC in their mind and heart and not just a train stop on the road to something better or a wage slip...

professional football is not some fantasy land
it doesn't matter if a manager likes or knows a club
and if roseinor was succesful here, he'd leave if an arsenal or aston villa came calling

As anyone would, but it only takes a modicum of emotional intelligence to recognise that someone with connections to a club, area and its fans would potentially be an advantage - especially when management is a lot to do with getting all aspects of a football club pulling in the same direction.

Usually ends up being a disadvantage in longer term

Disadvantage in comparison to what? Someone with no ties or pre-existing connections? Do you have the data?

They're usually given more time and have more initial goodwill, but like any appointment, it can only ever be judged in hindsight.

When form drops and poor results come in
Legacies are in trouble
Decisions might not be made in the same vein if it wasnt a legacy figure

No data on hand
Just my view
Right or wrong

Maybe we should get a manager who has an easy name to spell?
It's Rosenior ;)

Liam James Rosenior is an English retired professional footballer who played either as a full-back or winger. A son of former player and manager Leroy Rosenior, who spent time on loan at Torquay United, where his father was manager, during their promotion season in 2003–04. Wikipedia

Well a 65 Ford Anglia would give it a run for the money. Bought an 8 month old one at the end of 65 rusted out on me I less than 18 months and within five years had changed out sometimes more than once every part in the bl.,.. thing
I had one, rotten around the steering box area, would literally turn where it wanted to lol

Not seen it mentioned yet, but Rosie and Daws obviously know each other from their playing time here. It just predates me becoming a regular at the KCom, so I’m interested to know if they got on? Is the chemistry there for them to form a coaching/managing partnership? Sort of like the Cowleys? That could be very attractive if they could make it work, and unique to this club due to their links here.

Hmm sounds like it’s Rosenoir. Not sure that I would take him over Dawson and team. Its a case of a devil you hardly know over one you are getting to know and are beginning to warm to and like
Where has the Rosenoir 'news' come from? Is it based on the bookies shortened odds or have the club issued a statement?
Because all I'm hearing is that he applied, and that's it, as did loads of other people.

Derby fans weren’t all satisfied with Rosenior, if you look on twitter they were crap away and pissed around the back with it.
