I know many are saying, understandably, this time we want experience, normality, etc, but sorry, I really hope we don't end up with a Mowbry or Hughton. We surely should be a tad more forward looking still than those sort of options (meaning no disrespect whatsoever to what they've done in earlier decades).
Hughton is the least inspiring appointment possible and it makes the last 2 years a complete waste of time
