One list yesterday had Nicky Butt at 18s - Nicky Butt??? Kartal - No thanks. I am sure there are loads of good overseas coaches out there, but our record of finding any is garbage. I know many are saying, understandably, this time we want experience, normality, etc, but sorry, I really hope we don't end up with a Mowbray or Hughton. We surely should be a tad more forward looking still than those sort of options (meaning no disrespect whatsoever to what they've done in earlier decades).
