Only people in the front row have legs, it seems. The guy behind Billy stops at the waist.

Also there's definitely more than one Lallana in there... so many problems with that picture (who'll be the first to say "yeah, like the **** kit!!"?)

I can't really see too much of the 80s Liverpool kit in the home shirt, the Pool one had stripes down the arm which made it look totally different to me. The socks are similar though. I really like the away kit - completely different and looks classy

Which seems a bit odd when you're supposedly marching in.

Had another look at the new kits. OK, it isn't as good as last season's one, but that would have taken some beating, as it was a thoroughly modern version of the traditional red & white striped kit. However, it is good to have a change now and then, otherwise we may never have graduated to stripes in the first place. For those who think it was Sash then Stripes, I have news - it was Sash, Halves, Quarters, then Stripes. It stayed Stripes until someone realised that precious few win anything in Stripes [well, not in the UK], so they changed it to Panels in the late 70's, for 5 years, and Saints nearly won the Leaque. Then they went back to Stripes and bugger all happened.

In fact, the more I think of it, the more I think it's about time we took a decent break from proper Stripes. Final thoughts, I think the Away kit looks better. Oh, and I don't like the socks. No hoops, however small. Other than that, they're fine. Besides, they'll look great after a few positive scorelines.

Someone needs to tell them that they're marching the wrong way.

Oh and look at the badge at the bottom, they haven't merged it properly they've just erased part of it around Rickie's boots.

Poor job by the IT men. Sack the lot of them.

Nah it's an away match, we've had to cut back on travel expenses so we're just walking it. And it's Stoke, so we're not sure about whether to wear the home kit or the away kit, so just going half and half.

That's a shocking home kit!! But hey ho, season tickets came thru the door today, have paid my money to support SFC which I've been doing for 40+ years now. A massive PR blunder by Cortese is certainly not going to deter me but I won't be buying that shirt!! away kit I like. Saints red and white stripes our part of our DNA. Remember the 80's when we had some unconventional kits, eventually fan power got our proper kit reinstated, we will get it back again. Also remember LFC getting the same kit with the white pin stripes, they didn't like it either!!

We have so many reasons to be happy, why are you all winding yourself up about the quality of photoshopping or acting as if changing a kit design is the same as murdering your mother. We are in the PL and are being run by someone with a plan and the funds to carry out. Most football fans would kill to be able to say that about their team. I like the strip, but it wouldn't matter if I didn't, I'd still support the team and enjoy the season.
