As previously stated, it'll be all judged on results, he'll be the one that gets the bullet, even if the mistakes are from elsewhere.

Re RTG, could be absolute world-beating champions, but you'll still have a plethora of absolute fannies bitching, whining and looking for an Internet scrap, such as the utter plonker that was posting on here last night.

Massive gamble. No doubt whatsoever. Too big for me but I’d have said the same about Maric, maybe even Jansen and Still.. After our season a safer bet seemed the right option. Rosenior, Rohl, Cifuentes. Of course gamblers sometimes win and I’ll back this until we know better. Needs 12 games or so for me before we judge fully.
I think you are correct although he has more experience than Rohl. There are question marks against him although he also ticks a lot of boxes. Tony Mowbray did a good job but was never really bought into the model here whereas Le Bris is very much into working with young players. For me, I am happy to take a risk on Le Bris more so than many mentioned. Maric, in particular, was one who I was very sceptical about who has no head coach experience but who would have been greeted with trumpets, especially over on RTG. Over the past few years I have been very disappointed with certain appointments such as Lee Johnson, Parkinson and Beale whereas I am quite enthused over this one.

It's always a mixed bag hiring people and these days coaches and managers don't last five minutes. Premiership is only two years and most of the Championship had a different coach last season. Might have it all wrong but Still was easily distracted after having reached an agreement with us. Why didn't he honour it ? We shouldn't have to beg them to join us. Nobody knows the answer . Let's get behind the new bloke. Forget all this % win rate stuff . Can he do the job that's all we need. ? There'll be changes on and off the park . New season . Haway the lads.

Aye I gues, but Rohl’s done it in the madness of championship football. Maybe I overplay that but many a good manager has taken time to adjust in England and our fans are not blessed with patience.
