This isnt just claiming about bringing in an assistant, many new additions and wide structure change. Think most would be okay if he could bring in his assistant and a first team coach, this is a significant difference potentially. Time will tell if lessons have truly been learned, but this is a total change from the Beale appointment, and one Im feeling excited about.

I honestly don’t believe at all that Beale wasn’t allowed to bring anyone with him, I just don’t think he had anyone that would. The whole tenure felt off and I’m as certain as I can be that it wasn’t results that got him sacked.

Folk just pass on what they hear, very rarely does anyone say its 100% accurate.

Its hard to not pay any attention to it when it's all that has been posted since Dodds got the job. And again 99% of it is pure fantasy , back tracking so that certain posters feel important.

It’s only a problem if you believe everything must be the gospel truth. If you take it as some gossip on a chat forum, which it is, there’s no problem at all. The only issue with any of this is the way some peoples heads work!

It is easy, if you dont believe certain posters or rumours just ignore it

If it takes over the forum, stay off it for a bit

Some will post what theyve heard because:
- they know its fact because they have 1st hand information
- a reliable source has told them info n they want to share it
- they've heard a rumour but not sure on reliability of it but share it anyway
- want to stir things

You just need to either ignore them or decide what one of the above you think it is

I'm perfectly calm Hamish. You appeared to be riled right up about the fact people aren't following you on your "let's slag the ITKs" approach.
